The outside of my car is great- but the whole sound system does not work now. It turns on but no speakers work. I called and told caliber but they are not going to do anything- even tho they had to take the door apart which there is wires to speakers in it and its a closed circuit so if it wasn't put back together none of it will work.

took car in on dec 1st and did not get it until jan 14th. there were multiple changes made to the estimate and work and the job was not completely done when i picked up. i was told that management would not let the workers finish the job. very unhappy with the work done

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Both locations (Price hill and Forest Park) were amazing. They kept me in the loop 100% of the time and got my vehicle back to me in a decent amount of time. Especially since it was around the holidays. Their customer service was always friendly.
