I feel there were things done to my car that were just to get another dollar and not because they were necessary. I should have been called more during the process to approve the next steps instead of being told they were done when I picked it up. Ultimately, I’m being screwed with having to carry an unnecessary large claim on my record now.

I love the communication that was provided during every step as the vehicle was undergoing repairs. When I picked up my vehicle the damages were fully repaired and the vehicle was like new.
