Awful experience. My truck’s battery dies out of no where, the mirror that was the number one issue is still not repaired, the passenger door DOES NOT OPEN (before there was never that issue) also the WRONG tire was repaired. Just a terrible experience. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Terrible job with my vehicle repairs, terrible customer service AND they fixed the WRONG tire so now we are stuck having to replace the tire our self and driver door won’t open, mid way of taking truck to our house the truck died and they weren’t able to do anything else for us. Now we are stuck with a truck that is not drivable, have to buy a new tire and also have to repair the door ourselves and on top of everything Collision said that Travelers didn’t want to fix our mirror. Just a terrible experience. Not worth the 250 deductible at all. Just a nightmare. We will not do any business with caliber collision and thinking about switching insurance as well.
