Chuck made the best of a bad situation I had never had a car incident before and he was calm even though I was upset and didn’t know how I was going to get car fixed he was easy to talk to he is a great guy to have on your staff

Stan left in the middle of my repair and I did not get updated as well after his departure. I got more info at times from the insurance adjuster.

It did take longer than I expected. I feel like the front bumper passenger side was not completely repaired I wish I could put pictures on here. Otherwise the repairs were satisfactory. I was hoping for so much better. Also my belongings were gone through that were in the trunk. It wasn’t much of anything I just wish if they were going to go through my stuff they would have put it back the way they found it. Otherwise the representative who I was in contact with was very nice. The receptionist had great customer service. It just is what it is.

I was not impressed. It took almost 13 days which I tried to excuse. When I picked up my car there were still scratches on the passenger side bumper. I needed to open my trunk I saw that my things in my trunk had been moved and gone through. I wish if they were going to go through my belongings which wasn’t much they would’ve put it back the way they found it. There’s primer paint on my tires. They tried to cover it up with paint. I wish I could post pictures here. Obviously they were having some problems with the rear driver side tire instead of telling me they made sure they filled it up with air for the pick up. It is what it is but … WHY
