The team was very professional and responsive. I believe they went above and beyond to have my vehicle to me by 2pm. The car needed washing and with freezing temps, their hoses were frozen. They purchased new hoses to complete the cleaning. They could have easily waited till these were thawed. I appreciated this.

Excellent job on keeping me updated on the progress. Staff exceeded my expectations by ensuring vehicle was ready when I needed it. The wash was frozen and instead of making excuses, they purchased additional hoses.

Went to get my trunk and bumper fixed, now my spring on the trunk will not hold it open, only my drivers window works. They messed something up electrical. And the dent is fixed but my trunk lid won’t stay open
