David Perez was amazing. He kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle. David was accommodating as well. The lady at the customer service desk was also very kind. She was very personable and engaging. My vehicle was completed on schedule. I received it back in much better shape than I dropped it off. I appreciate the ease of a one stop operation between Caliber and Enterprise. A relationship none of us knew we needed. Finally, whoever washed and cleaned my vehicle deserves a gold star. It was shiny from nose to tail.

Caliber Collision Forney is awesome. I met with David Ambriz and he looked at the damage to my car and provided an estimate after thoroughly explaining the potential process for repair. Of course I left there and obtained another estimate. After obtaining the two estimates I realized while the cost did matter the overall decision for my repair was the professionalism and efficiency displayed by David. I was confident that Caliber was my best option. My car repair was completed way earlier than I had anticipated and the overall cost was decreased due to additional work that was not necessary. I know without a doubt this would not have occurred at the other place. I recommend Caliber Collision for any car repair. The personal attention was such a blessing and David proved to be a man of his word and reassurance of customer satisfaction. Excellent Job!

Justin is the person I worked with, he’s friendly and professional. I got update every step of the way and my car was ready 4 days before the original pick up date. The job was perfect, it was just like my car never got damaged. My experience working with caliber at this location was very awesome. The woman at the reception too was very nice and welcoming
