Justin is the person I worked with, he’s friendly and professional. I got update every step of the way and my car was ready 4 days before the original pick up date. The job was perfect, it was just like my car never got damaged. My experience working with caliber at this location was very awesome. The woman at the reception too was very nice and welcoming

These guys were incredibly professional, understanding, and kind when I brought my vehicle in. The very first thing they asked was whether I was okay and if anyone had been hurt in the accident…. that meant a lot to me. Another driver hit my vehicle and completely destroyed the passenger door. I couldn’t open it, lower the window, or do anything with it. Despite that, they got me back on the road in no time. Not that it really matters, but I had girly decal on my door handles, and they were even able to save that which shows just how detailed and careful their work is. I truly hope I never need their services again, but if I were ever in another accident, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you 🙏🏾

Mac was such a pleasure to work with. He kept us informed via their text system along with phone calls. We felt valued as customers. Mac went out of his way to work with the insurance and stay on top of them (kept them accountable). He stayed after closing on Christmas Eve so that we could get our vehicle before going out of town. We are truly grateful for him. The work done on the vehicle was great! All areas are seamless and repaired back to the original quality and appearance.

Mac was wonderful to work with. I felt valued as a customer. He went above and beyond what I expected by keeping me informed of the repair process and being quick to answer any questions I had or provide documentation that I had requested. The insurance company fell short in their communication, and Mac was quick to step in and get things finalized, including staying on hold with the insurance for over an hour and following up when they did not send information as promised. This was our second time getting a repair completed with Caliber and will definitely be a returning customer if needed, including making the request to work with Mac.
