I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision. My technician, Kevin, was fantastic — he communicated clearly throughout the process, treated my vehicle with great care, and made the entire repair experience smooth and stress-free. I also want to thank the front desk team member who assisted me at check-in (I didn’t catch his name). He was incredibly supportive, helped coordinate everything, and even reached out to Enterprise on my behalf to make sure I was taken care of. Overall, I felt very well supported start to finish. Thank you to the whole team!

Great communication from the team, was not super psyched to have to argue about costs of the backup camera, was very not psyched to have the “my profits are more important than you getting your car back the way it was before the accident” talk.

I initially noticed misaligned paint and paint present on several trim pieces. When I brought this to their attention, I was told it was normal and that the excess paint would be wiped off. After requesting a second opinion, the same individual (Kevin) returned and stated that they would offer to fix it. I returned a second time for the repaint; however, the additional spot that was promised to be fixed was still not addressed. At that point, I was offered the option to stay for a third repair, but I did not have any additional time to spend on the situation. Overall, the repeated delays, added time, and unmet assurances were quite frustrating. I previously had a much better experience at the Caliber Collision in Loveland.
