The new door is squeaky but otherwise seems fine

Our car battery was fine when we sent it to you, and died there - on top of that a mouse got into our car while in your car and chewed on things in our car. Together, it seems like our car wasn't all that well cared for, and then we needed to foot the bill for the battery when we wonder if something was left open (letting the mouse in).

This was my first time having to deal with a car accident and I was very nervous about the process. Every employee I interacted with made it far less stressful than I anticipated. The woman at the front desk was able to get me an appointment quicker than I planned, and was professional and helpful over the phone. The young man at the desk was super polite both at drop off and at pick up. Renee was the one who handled the repairs and she is an absolute rockstar. She was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. My car looks brand new and came back sooner than I expected. Thank you to everyone!
