Renee (Body shop estimator) at Ft. Collins, Calber Collision was awesome. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and kept me updated throughout the repair process. The shop did excellent work, (like the damage never happened)! I give them 5 stars and highly recommended them.

Lack of follow up information on status of repairs. Initial word salad of reasons of what is happening and lack of knowledge of company system and making me worry about previous repair coverage.

Renee was honest and completely transparent, no surprises. The repair looks great and we are glad to have our car back. I checked out several body shops Caliber Collision was the cheapest but the also had a high Yelp rating.
