Katie Rector was my service advisor at Caliber and she was outstanding. Kept me informed and my car repairs on schedule. I picked up my car this past Monday and Caliber was to return the rental same day. I assume the claim is closed as I’ve not heard back from Travelers since I picked up my car. All in all, a good experience.
