Chris and Jason were extremely helpful with the entire process. Chris was fantastic keeping me updated with the status of my car and was able to answer all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. I have not made a detailed inspection of my car as it was dark when I picked it up, so in the dark it looked great but I will inspect closer later today. I can say that Brandi did an outstanding job of customer relations and communications during this repair. I received detailed updates every day and the car was delivered as promised. Brandi even stayed way past closing time to finish the hand over and paperwork. Being an engineer and car person I was very much impressed with her technical knowledge of the car and repair process. Please give Ms. Brandi a big raise/bonus/promotion for her outstanding performance. As FYI I don't normally provide such positive feedback but am honestly very satisfied with the work Brsndi provided for me.

Through no fault of Caliber, the repairs took longer and the insurance process was more difficult than necessary. I will be addressing the matter with our insurance provider. Thank you for all you did to get us back on the road.

I had a wonderful experience with Caliber. I really felt they went above and beyond what I expected. They were accommodating when I didn't have a ride after dropping my car off for repairs. I loved the daily automated updates and even got personal updates from Chris. My car was ready quickly and on time and looks as if the accident did not happen, maybe even a little better. I will definitely return to Caliber if the unexpected happens again and recommend to anyone needing their services. Thank you!
