While the issues they were expected to fix were fixed - several new issues were introduced. This is after the vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks. It’s frustrating because now we’ll have to be without a vehicle again and insurance won’t be paying for a rental anymore. The passenger seat belt was broken, the alignment is messed up, the window glass is misbehaving

I am not happy with the condition of my vehicle that I picked up today. So, Katie drove the car around to the door. The car was just hose sprayed down (the roof was still very dusty). I got in the car and drove 15 feet turning on the windshield wipers to wipe the water away, and a piece of molding flew up the windshield, so I back up to tell Katie to get someone to see if they can fix it. That’s when I notice my windshield was cracked. (It was not cracked when I dropped it off. I took a video of the entire vehicle inside and out when I dropped it off on 04/17.) So you an associate and Katie look at the window. I pull up my 04/17 video proving that the windshield was not cracked when I dropped it off. They told me that they were going to put in a claim with Caliber Glass. I asked if it can be repaired tomorrow or Saturday. No, the windshield would need to be ordered and you don't work on Saturday, which is our last day in town before our family vacation. So I guess I will have to drive it with a broken windshield. It is about 8” up so it doesn't obstruct vision too much. The crack goes up and then takes a left turn (inside view) and may continue to crack further from road vibrations. I bring the vehicle home and my husband notices that they installed a used left head light that has scratches and a crack and foggy film in between the glass. Did you think we wouldn't notice? Then, he noticed that the repaired fender/molding doesn't match. It is not flush, like it should be. As I mentioned to Katie, the suspension is also loose. I’m going to have my husband drive it in the morning. Photos are available upon request. (They have been sent to Katie.) Needless to say, we are not happy with the quality of the repair and the fact that you all kept pushing the date back from 04/28 till 05/06. We tried to justify it in our mind, that we wanted to make sure that Caliber was not rushed and the repairs would be done right, but that is not the case. The accident damages weren't that extensive.
