Done a week before promised date. Good communication during the repair process. The car looks great. I had a problem with the tailgate not operating after getting the car back. I emailed Chas and he contacted me on Sunday and explained that the memory might have to be reset after the battery was reconnected. He told me exactly what to do and it worked.
