Shit show from start to finish. Tried to tow my car 2 hrs before scheduled appt time when I was unavailable. That's why you schedule an appointment. Despite giving 2 phone numbers that I could be reached on I did not receive a single call to update me on vehicles status because they called a dozen times on my fathers cell phone which is turned off because he is out of the country for 3 months! When I received an email that the car was ready I called to confirm this info before being dropped off. When I got there it took more than 30 minutes to determine whether or not I had a deductible to pay. When the car was brought around front they had failed to put the racing stripes back on the car and took an hour to put them on after assuring me it would take 30 minutes. The car was dirty inside and out with the paper mat left in the vehicle on drivers side. It took 1.5 hours to pick up my vehicle after being told it was ready. People were nice, just incompetent.

BRAD WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSION AL, THOROUGH, AND DELIVERED A JOB EXCEPTIONALLY WELL DONE.
