The rental car that was to have been provided by Enterprise was not available. I had to wait for about 30++ minutes to get a Hertz car and then had to pay for the rental myself and hopefully be reimbursed by USAA. In mentioning this to USAA they said that your facility should have contacted another Enterprise location. In any event my wife had surgery scheduled that morning of the rental car pickup and we had to rush to be at the hospital in time.

The car looked great- there were a few minor scratches that I was invited back to have buffed out. the striker lock on the hatch did not close all the way, but was adjusted prior to me leaving.
