The rear bumper of my truck was put on crooked. There is still bare metal showing on the body of the truck where it was nicked during the initial crash and the bumper was pushed into the right side. You can easily see there is more clearance between the left side and the right side of the bumper in relation to the truck body. I would take it back to the shop to fix but with the whole Covid 19 thing going on I decided can live with it. Deeply disappointed though as Caliber, in the past has always done a fantastic job for me.after this ... I’ll probably find a new body shop next time.

Ten is not high enough of a rating. Margie at the front desk is awesome. If I could hire someone to greet all my customers, it would be her. She was also a cleaning machine as I was walking up the front door. Tyler was great, too!
