Was told the car was ready but found the front body was not aligned and the air conditioner not repaired. When getting a second time a part was not completely installed. I was told they are ordering another and will install when it’s delivered.

Car was moved to another location without prior notification. Tail gate sensor was active when I picked up, appears to still be sensitive. However staff stayed late to accommodate me so went above and beyond to try and make it right.

Go use other people that vape and smoke inside your car. Or use Caliber if you want your car to smell good free of vapor.

Did exactly what they said. And went extremely fast with their work. I am sick with other repair shops leaving vaping smells in my car. Caliber left the car with no smoke smell. Thank you so much for not stinking up my car like the previous 4 repair shops do.

I am very satisfied. The repair quality, consistent communication, and level of service I received exceeded my expectations. Chris kept me updated throughout the process and provided clear updates on the status of my vehicle. I was expecting a much longer timeframe, but they had me back in my car a full week before the projected finish date.
