I was not happy at all with Alan. and I will not return to this location....why would I recommend to anyone else?

The overall repair was ok but there were a few things that needed adjustments and some paint touch ups that had been missed. Also, even though it was charged on the original invoice and I had picked up the truck, they never had done the alignment. When getting on the highway I noticed it and took it straight back to the shop. Then I was told my truck didn't fit on the alignment racks of the place they use so it wasn't done. I had to give them the name of a place to get it taken care of. So I wondered why it had been charged to my insurance company already if it hadn't been done at all until AFTER I paid and picked up, then complained about the alignment

Never received communication when they said they would. (ie I'll let you know tomorrow, they it would be like 3 days before I heard anything, if I didn't call and ask). Charging insurance for an alignment that never happened until AFTER I picked up the truck and brought it back and complained, then come to find out they hadn't done it at all. ( that has since been rectified)

Well, I want to say thank you to Will for keeping me informed on everything. I wish he could have found everything all at once but I understand that thing’s triggered like a domino effect. The waiting was quite long but I can’t fully blame Caliber when the insurance company was dragging their feet and not responding, making this process longer than should be. Over all Will I thank you and I’m good 😜 👍🏾.
