First visit was unpleasant. Receptionist wanted to argue on wether or not the insurance wanted me to have caliber do the estimate which they did. I had to call the insurance and let them argue with the receptionist over speaker phone. Another employee did not greet me or ask to help. My second visit was with Chris and it was a complete 180. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. Chris took care of everything.

Will has the best service person ever. I appreciate the thoroughness and the extra mile he went to get me information on the ignition cylinder which needs repair. Even my 5 year old was so impressed that on our way back he said, “Dad, I want you to come her for car service all the time :)” Thank you for being so welcoming and for the quality service.

Chris was very communicative and that was appreciated greatly! When I went to pick up the vehicle Chris was off but one of his associates helped me out and went over all the details almost as if he was the one over our vehicle. All that to say the work was well done and the team was fantastic to work with. Oh, let me also say that my vehicle was transferred to another shop from the original drop of location and when it was time to pick up my vehicle Chris offered to transfer it back but I didn't mind driving to get it so he even transferred my rental vehicle to be dropped at the his location.
