The service from everyone I encountered was amazing from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. I appreciate the communication the entire time my car was getting worked on. When I got my truck back, there was a fowl odor in the vehicle. I initially couldn’t find out what it was, but it smelled like someone or something died in my truck. Come to find out, there was puke (yes puke) in the cup holders behind the front seats inside of the center console. I have no clue what you guys did to my truck, or who would do this to me, but it smells absolutely horrible. I’ve been trying to get the smell for days and nothing is working. This was an absolute terrible experience.

The tint replacement that was installed is the wrong shade/color and is different than every other window. I wasn’t given an option to take it to the tint shop that originally installed the tint to insure that everything remained the same.
