No need for him to contact me, we have already discussed it and I took a picture of it and he told me that I could bring it back at any time if I noticed the crack getting longer or wider, I was just surprised that a better job was not done on that part everything else looks great, you have very nice employees and they are very nice and pleasant to work with

Was Great service doors look better than before it got wrecked...

Was told vehicle would be ready in a week- received random texts computer generated with absolutely no info saying the vehicle would be ready on 7-10 (which was another week). Then on the 10th we didn’t receive a call or anything. We called to see if we could pick it up and they said it wouldn’t be ready until Monday the 13th. I had a pre scheduled trip that I was supposed to leave on the 12th but had to change trip to leave late on the 13th. We received absolutely NO contact during this whole 2+ weeks. We still don’t know why it took the extra week when they had to repaint it on the 10th.

Overall the customer service was great. My only complaint is that it looks like something was spilled on passenger side floor mat in the back seat. And a significant amount of dust left in the car.
