I’m not sure who to lay blame on, but when I dropped the car off, Progressive hadn’t yet assigned the claim to a representative and therefore no one had called enterprise to make a reservation for me so I had to get a lift home and then make an extra trip out to enterprise later that day to pick up a rental car My wife was the one driving the rental car as this was her car that was damaged when she went to pick it up. I reminded her that our deductible had been adjusted to about 350. The customer service rep was asking her for 500 and it required some additional research on her end to confirm my wife’s point of view. So in the end, everything worked out, but it wasn’t as smooth as it could be.
