Rene did an excellent job from drop off to pick up. He keep great communication, and at drop off even informed me they could have Enterprise pick up my rental when my car was done! He also mentioned they could have brought me to Enterprise at drop off, but the lady agent who took my intake call did not let me know that was an option so I already had my husband there to take me to get my rental! 10/10 will use this shop again!

Upon picking up the vehicle, I noticed that the front grille does not match the original manufacturer specifications. Specifically, there is a noticeable gap between the crest/emblem and the grille that did not exist prior to the accident. It appears that an incorrect or ill-fitting aftermarket part was installed.

Repair was great but the inside of vehicle has so much dust from the Repair I have a black interior it look white i I have severe allergies so now I have to take it to get clean and pay for it I can send pics of the inside sorry a zero on that

Vehicle: Honda HR-V LX | Repair: Rear Bumper Just picked up my Honda HR-V LX from Caliber Collision and honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything went! Repair Quality: The rear bumper looks absolutely great — the paint match is perfect and blends right in with the rest of the car. It looks like nothing ever happened. Really solid work! Timeliness: They got it done right on schedule, no surprise delays or anything like that. Exactly what you want when you’re without your car. Communication: This was a big one for me — they kept me in the loop the whole time without me having to call and ask what’s going on. Got updates regularly and always knew where things stood. Super appreciated! All in all, a really smooth experience from start to finish. If your car needs body work, don’t hesitate — Caliber Collision is the place to go.
