Caliber was ahead of schedule with my repair and there is no sign of damage ever happening. Beyond satisfied with the team’s communication and performance. Although i hope to not need them again, they will be my first call for repairs.

There was no quality control as no one noticed 2 different colors from fresh paint to old paint. Not a natch at all

I started my car and this appeared on my screen: “AWD System Malfunction 2WD Mode Engaged Visit Your Dealer” I went back into the shop and a man came out and looked at it with his diagnostic reader. He then drove it around the block. When he came back in he told me that everything is fine…” sometimes the fumes and temperature in the shop mess up the sensors and make them malfunction.” Really? That’s some bullshit. He simply didn’t want there to be a problem yet there was. He wanted to not have to deal with me or whatever issue that may have been triggered in the shop.
