We were extremely pleased with communication during repairs. The staff is very friendly and Caliber took care of extra issues on our vehicle without charging us.we are very thankful. Our car was also cleaned so that was a big surprise. We will continue to use them and refer them!

From beginning to end, Caliber-Fortville personnel were professional, friendly and rendered top-notch service. Dustin and staff, including Laurie at the front desk, were very accommodating and pleasant. Periodic texts informed me of the work in progress and a projected date for completion was given. My car was ready sooner! This senior citizen is grateful and happy for a job well done. I'm glad that my car insurance company recommended Caliber Collision!
