My only complaint is that I noticed a pair of sunglasses and gloves as well as some coins were stolen from my vehicle. I had been warned to remove valuables beforehand but missed a couple of items. It’s still very disappointing and would never happen at a dealership.

I had a very positive experience from the very start. I was so impressed with the entire staff and how helpful they all were and friendly. Was wonderful how Caliber handles insurance/car rental process as well. They certainly made an unfortunate car accident/repairs not so overwhelming for the customer. Repairs were done quickly and results were perfect. The car was returned with cleaned interior and exterior. I’ve already referred this company to friends. Thank you to Mary, Kevin, Amy.
