Son looked over tonight and there seems to be some clips missing. We will be calling tomorrow to discuss. The updates via text are nice but vague. Phone calls were also quick and not very detailed. Even when we picked up they did go over what they did in any detail. Just strange. I know the other insurance company paid but it would have been nice to have more info.
