One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. From the get go, all of the people I worked with were uninformed about my situation (which had been discussed with the Caliber in Middleton) and were extremely rude and unhelpful. As a first time car owner, this was already an intimidating experience and the people working at the Franklin, WI location were horrendous. Sue especially was totally incompetent and the rudest one of all. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone and will not be coming back.

They forgot to replace the “2.0T Sport” tag on the trunk. I noticed this after we picked up the car. I called and informed them and I was told I would be contacted the following week to set up a time to come back in. It is over a week and I have not been contacted. There is also some taping residue that could be buffed out.
