They forgot to replace the “2.0T Sport” tag on the trunk. I noticed this after we picked up the car. I called and informed them and I was told I would be contacted the following week to set up a time to come back in. It is over a week and I have not been contacted. There is also some taping residue that could be buffed out.

I've heard nothing but good things about Caliber, which is why I chose them. I know things can happen in repairs. But with a brand new car, I should've only gone to the dealership for the repairs. I have regrets.

Although the repair was successful, and it looks good, there is an electrical issue which I discovered after 2 days of having it back. I took it to the dealership where I got it from to get insight. They agreed it's something electrical from the repairs that were done.

We had an unusual situation with the passing of my uncle and everybody we worked with from dropping off the car to picking it up and everything in between was exceptional service. After an accident, you just want things to be easy to get things fixed, Caliber did just that. They work well with insurance and rental car companies to take that off your plate. Then to top it off the work they did is amazing, can’t even tell my car was in an accident.

It couldn't have gone any better, everything was perfect, so happy I came to you guys. Living close I always drive past it and so happy I chose this business.
