This is the second time I’ve had to use caliber collision and I’m happy to they truly sustain their brand of making the unfortunate event of an accident as pleasant as can be during a frustrating time. Sue made sure that our appointment was probably scheduled and her and her team sent us regular notifications on the status of our vehicle getting our rental car during the repair was great too even as we closed out when I picked up my repaired vehicle she even saved me from losing my garage door opener with her friendly reminder. Thank you so much Sue and team!
