I am writing to inform you of an issue that began immediately after I picked up my vehicle 2 days ago. When I picked the car up Tuesday at 530pm, it was already running. I did not see anyone start it, and I believe it may have been jumped prior to my arrival. I drove it straight home and parked it in the garage. However, the next morning when I attempted to go to work, the car would not start. The battery was completely dead. Since then, I have had to jump the vehicle every single morning for the past two days in order to get it started. I didn’t want to rush being stranded at work so I left it in the garage. Prior to this accident, we have maintained immaculate care of our vehicle. The battery had never presented any issues before. Given the timing and the circumstances of the accident and repair time of 1 month, I believe this matter needs to be addressed and that a battery replacement may be necessary. Between the monthly checkups by the manufacturer’s dealership and my very own family of mechanics we take care of the issues as they present themselves. The staff of Caliber Collision can attest to this as the most recent thing done was completely refreshing the front end suspension by replacing multiple parts and finishing off by new tires and an alignment. We had not to this point had any issues with the battery experienced or reported. I could tell that someone had recently disconnected the car’s battery as there are fresh teeth marks on the battery terminals which suggest someone had to jump the vehicle and as to why is currently unknown. Also I could see that the dust had been disturbed on top of the battery, there is corrosion debris present around the terminals, and the clock time in the car is definitely not lining up with the accurate time so much so I could possibly pinpoint when it was last connected. The terminals are not loose as that was the first thing that I checked but what has been evident is that when the car sits overnight it won’t start the next morning without a jump as I have had to use a jump pack twice now on the vehicle. I am not sure if there was accidental damage done with disconnecting and reconnecting the battery or if any of the ground wires/cables were possibly left loose. I don’t diagnose things myself but what I do know is that this issue was not apparent prior to the accident and immediately afterwards.” Caliber Collision was very kind and professional throughout the repair process, and I appreciate their customer service. However, this battery issue clearly needs further attention, as it was not present before the accident and has been consistent since picking up the vehicle. I do not want any further damage to my vehicle’s alternator due to a damaged battery. Please let me know the next steps to have this resolved. I look forward to your prompt response.

Unexpectedly, my 2020 GMC Terrain had been struck causing damage to my driver’s side door. Immediately I contacted caliber and was given all the necessary steps to start the process. Within two days of my accident it was at Caliber and rental car even met me at their location. I appreciated being updated by Kevin throughout the process of my repair. The staff was absolutely incredible when contacting Enterprise for my rental car and handling all insurance information to help make this insanely stressful process easier. I brought my vehicle to them on January 6th, which was there given appointment expecting professional and timely service. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The quality of the work was lacking, with poor color matching on the trim and misalignment of the trunk. Additionally, there were significant delays due to missing parts, causing my vehicle to remain in the shop well into February. Even a month later, my car was still not ready. Communication was also a major issue, as I had to constantly follow up for updates, and they did not keep me informed proactively. While the staff was polite, the overall lack of professionalism and attention to detail was disappointing. I hope they can improve their processes in the future.

From the moment I brought my truck to the establishment employees were very kind and knowledgeable answered my questions in a way that I can understand. When my truck was being worked on, I received text messages every other day to let me know the status of the work the work on my truck was done in a timely matter. One thing I did not expect was they vacuumed and cleaned my mats in the back of my truck. I would recommend Caliber Collision with all your vehicle needs
