I dropped off my car on June 11 and it was not completed until July 15. More than a month when the original estimate was 1-2 weeks. The date of completion kept getting pushed and pushed and the reasons they gave seemed to change. For example I was told that the car would be ready on July 6 because the painter "was going to work over the holiday to paint it." Then the next week I was told the painting was done poorly and they had to repaint. The next delay was caused by a mirror not being received but this was not mentioned previously. If the only thing to be completed was to redo the poor paint job then why was the mirror suddenly an issue? Shouldn't the mirror have been ordered more than a month ago when the job was started? Dissatisfied with timeline of completion being more than twice the original estimate and the inconsistencies in the issues which led to a lack of trust in their competence and integrity with customers.
