Communication was excellent. They called two times during the four days they had my car to give me updates. Car was returned in amazing condition..vacuumed, etc. If needed again, this is the only place I will go. Thanks for the outstanding work.

We were told 5 business days to make the repairs. It was roughly 8 business days. I chose to have this car repaired there because of past experience. I’ve had to two other cars repaired there under “Herb’s” not sure if that matters. This time on two different occasions I was supposed to get a call back and did not. I haven’t really had time to inspect the repair yet.

The quality of the repair looks very good. Lines between the fender and door are great.

The only reason I couldn’t rank higher was on two occasions I was supposed to receive a phone call and didn’t. I have had two other vehicles repaired there in the past and was very impressed. That’s the reason we took the car there this time.

When I picked up my truck from being repaired the headlights had moisture in them. Your company was supposed to replace them with new ones. Im not saying you didn't, However they weren't correct. I had to make him write on the receipt that the moisture was in the lights and take pictures of them when I picked it up. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all and I got pushback from the service guy Paul about the lights. He said Progressive didn't want to pay for them and I could get GM to warranty it. I had to tell him thats not how this works and I don't care what Progressive did or din't want to pay for. I paid for it and I want it right. He said he would see what he could do and let me know. I will be returning tomorrow and want a guarantee that my truck will be fixed correctly.

The team at Caliber (Jason and crew) did an outstanding job from start to finish! My vehicle had been badly damaged and they took care of all the details and communication in a timely and professional manner, despite several tedious issues that arose with our car’s sensors because of the wreck. These folks at Caliber did great - even Nik in the in-house Enterprise Rental office! Yes- the car looks like-new!

Alex Escolero and the rest of the team did a great job fixing my bumper and getting the paint just right. They kept me well informed of everything that was going on with my repair and they did it in a timely manner. Very satisfied with my overall experience!
