The Caliber Collision team couldn't have been better. I had a great experience. You can imagine how concerned I was with a repair for car damage on a brand new car I had been driving for a week! JR at the Express location in Frisco on Preston Road was absolutely fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed on the status of the repair and pick up/drop off was made extremely stress free due to his professionalism and communication skills.
