Caliber was very professional. The folks that worked there cared and the repairs were done well. I didn't really like the process in that they asked me to have an insurance claim in order for them to bid it. I always get 3-4 bids and I have NEVER had an accident before this mishap. Caliber's bid was well over $1000 higher than any of the others (who I also trust). Now to see if my insurance get'sjacked up given this is my 1 claim in over 40 years of driving and it happened in my own driveway.

There is a scratch on the right rear side of car that was not there. Also inside of car had scuffing. This is a brand new car that had no wear n tear prior to accident.
