The support that I received from Andy Ginn was beyond extraordinary. He kept me updated very regularly. His attention to the process of the repair, as well as providing costs of the repair and his professionalism was truly excellent. He was also excellent in keeping my insurance company USAA update.I would also like to commend your operations staff who worked diligently on the supply chain and expecially this who did the actual repairs. Their efforts were also extraordinary. The final results were equal to when I first received my truck from the GMC manufacturer - excellent. Again, I wish to thank Andy G., for demonstrating his expertise and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. I am a very happy customer. Happy Holidays.
