The repair work was done very well, and my car was returned in great condition. The team was professional, and I especially appreciated that the car was cleaned thoroughly before pickup. The only reason I’m giving 9 instead of 10 stars is the long wait time. However, this was mainly due to delays in receiving parts and was not really the shop’s fault. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the repair and the customer service. Thank you!

Mr. Damian Roman had taken care of our repairs this time. He is very friendly, professional and efficient! Our repairs had to go through the insurance claim, Damian had taken care of the insurance claim part for our repairs. He also updated every steps of the repairs during the whole process. He got the car repaired and we had picked up the car one week early than the original schedule. The car was fixed and cleaned and looked brand new when we picked it up.
