Rhonda was amazing. She was highly communicative and professional throughout the entire process. She reflects very well on Caliber. I was satisfied with the work done on the car and only didn’t give it a 10 because I had to bring it back for a minor fix that was causing a lot of wind and road noise from the door that was replaced. Rhonda got it fixed while I waited. Take good care of Rhonda as she’s the type of person you want in front of your customers.
