I waited for approximately two months for the replacement of just 3-4 parts. Despite the insurance company approving original parts, aftermarket (non-OEM) parts were installed instead. During this period, I received a message stating that the car’s parts were being painted. When I asked why original parts were being painted, I was told that 'this happens sometimes.' I only realized the parts were aftermarket when I went to pick up my car. Everything was installed crookedly. An aftermarket headlight had been installed. Despite my repeated warnings, the faulty sensors were not repaired either. They told me they had taken the car to a dealer, but when I asked which one, they refused to answer. They later changed the parts, but the rear bumper diffuser was still sitting crooked. A staff member tried to tell me that it was an original part and that it was the car’s own original part; however, I had thrown that part in the trash after the accident. They are lying to my face. Regardless, rest assured that if I encounter any problems regarding the loss of value of this vehicle, I will certainly defend my rights legally."

There was a miscommunication somewhere so I called to confirm something and the person who picked up was very unhelpful and ended the call on me without any further instructions. Besides that the person helping us through the rest of the process was amazing.
