Nick was very professional , he explained the repair and the painting process to me in details also he and the center ( caliber Gainsville) staff helped me getting a car rental, every thing went smoothly and I received from them a daily message about the progress of the repair ,.They finished the repair on time and I am very happy with the results, , I highly recommend them.

I appreciated the daily progress updates, and how quickly the repairs were accomplished, beating the anticipated completion date. And, thank you for returning my car much cleaner than when I dropped it off! The front desk ladies were great, very professional but friendly and helpful. I had left comments on a previous request, but will add here as well. Caliber did a wonderful job on my car and I am very satisfied. My assigned tech, Mike, sent updates every day and everyone I had interaction with was friendly and helpful. If the opportunity arises I will most definitely recommend Caliber Collision!
