(to be fair, I have not had time to contact you guys to discuss my issues. I keep ignoring these request but they keep coming in so here we are). 1) The trunk needs to be slammed. This is not a big issues and the striker plate just needs adjusting... I can do this but feel like it should have been noticed. 2) There seems to be a sizeable run in the paint on the trunk lid. Dont know if it was repaired or replaced but there is a noticable line in the paint on the right side.

The people were so nice and professional. Lisa was wonderful—kind, caring, and always kept me updated on the status of my car. She truly cared about my needs and made the whole experience stress-free. Whoever worked on my car did an excellent job, and the repairs were completed in a short amount of time.
