I had an excellent experience with Caliber. The repair needed to the car was pretty small, but it was taken care of quickly and professionally. Every person I had contact with at Caliber was fantastic! I will not hesitate to recommend Caliber to others, and while I hope that I never have another accident, if I do, I'll be bringing my car back to Caliber. Excellent all around!

On the day I picked up my car I paid and was given the keys and paperwork and was told have a great day. I had to go hunt for my car and I walked around it just to make sure it looked Ok. But I guess your staff doesn't walk around the car with you and go over any of the work. I guess having questions isn't something they want to answer.

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the car after body work and painting, but John took the time to have the car thoroughly cleaned. I really appreciate his and the company's effort to follow up and ensure my complete satisfaction.
