They were great! The front desk staff did a great job explaining the after care process of my vehicle. Nick, my service advisor was super helpful with getting my vehicle scheduled in a timely manner and keeping me up to date during the repair process. The turn around time was quicker than expected. Super thankful and will def be recommending them in the future.

Caliber responded quickly to my initial contact. They set up an appointment for me to bring my car in. Gar was the representative who took care of us and he was amazing. He sent regular texts to keep us updated. The repair was done in a timely way and it looks like new. We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Caliber and would recommend them to anybody who needed repairs after an accident.

Appreciate the great job Cailber did with my repairs. Nick kept me informed throughout the process. My car came back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. Looked brand new. I would have had it back earlier than estimated if Tesla insurance wouldn’t have taken so long to approve payment.

Exceptional Service at Caliber Collision! I recently had professional body work done on my 2021 Toyota Camry XSE, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. A huge shoutout to Mike Ashcraft at Caliber Collision for providing outstanding customer service from start to finish. What impressed me most was how Mike kept me updated throughout the entire process without me having to constantly call for updates. He was always responsive, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. When I picked up my car, Mike took the time to thoroughly explain all the work that had been completed, which I truly appreciated. And to top it all off, they even cleaned the inside of my car! That extra attention to detail did not go unnoticed. My Camry looks fantastic, and the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care I received was simply superb. The repairs were not done correctly, and they are still damaged in my car. Also, when Cali collision in Gainesville evaluated my car, they were additional frame damage toward the fund that we are confetti disregarded and never discussed with me no insurance! I filed with my insurance because the damages are so bad that they should have been reported to me as I was not aware of it since they were below my car
