The staff was absolutely excellent. I have one of the more difficult to work on kias out there and they were able to accommodate it despite superseded and extremely difficult to acquire parts. Guy the GM kept me informed of the car status throughout the process, the repair was completed within a day of all parts showing up.

Appreciated the availability of appointments and coordination with Enterprise. Was nice to park up front in the Drop Off spot, be greeted at the door, was told the guy who was going to look at my car was busy with something else and the same guy that told me that said he was going to walk me out and look at my car and took me right out and said they’d called Enterprise to meet me there. The entire drop off, inspection and enterprise picking me up was maybe 10 minutes. I appreciated being in and out with everything taken care of. Car looked great when I picked it up, staff was good with me picking up right before closing, took possession of my rental car and explained warranty, not to go to car wash/wax etc and gave me paperwork. Excellent customer service!
