I’m very pleased with my experience at Caliber Collision. The work was done at a cost less than the original estimate and I was kept informed of every step that was taking place along the way. They also made sure I had a rental car come to pick me up and they and the GEICO representative took care of everything. I’m highly satisfied and would definitely recommend Caliber Collision. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed that the exterior trim under my bumper was not installed properly. I mentioned it to them they brought it back in and when they gave me the car back they told me thet were going to order a new OEM trim piece which I thought was nice of them. They told me it was going to take a couple weeks to receive the part. A few weeks went by I called them back they told me the part was in but the technician who installs it is on vacation and they'll contact me next week. I get a text message asking if I can being my car in during a week day. I responded asking if they have weekend availability and did not get a response after. It's been almost a month now with this whole process. Thei communication during the original repair was good but after that it's like they didn't care anymore.

My car was ready a week early. The final cost was lower than the estimate. The interior of my Toyota Prius had been detailed. Inside and out it felt like I'd gotten a brand new car. Great Service!
