Darnell was wonderful. He kept me updated on the status and was extremely professional. He went above and beyond by staying late and waited for me to pick up my vehicle. He made me feel like I was not inconveniencing him at all even though it was after hours. He was very happy and had a big smile on his face the entire time. My car looks great and I am extremely satisfied.

The car repairs look great. I was very pleased with the communication telephone calls from Darnell. He was always pleasant, courteous, and helpful to me, both on the phone and in person. Communication is important to me and he more than met my standards. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant, as well. I'm an adjunct at George Mason University and I stress in my classes the value and upmost importance of timely communication, effective customer service and quality of a product and/or service.
