Well, I asked for every other day updates. Never heard a word until the day my car was estimated to be ready and I had to call. Was put on hold and forgotten for 15 min. Called back put on hold again for a bit and then finally got a person to help. Daryl I believe and he is the only reason I give a five instead of a 1. He was pleasant and helpful and true to his word with a call back that afternoon.
