Logan said someone else did the original work on my car and he just came back and fixed what they had not done correctly so it is not his fault. But my car was in the shop way too long for what would be a minor repair and it taking 3 times to get it right is too many times. I appreciate Logan going back and trying to make the job right but I am not sure I would recommend the shop although everyone seems helpful and nice. 3 times is too many times to go back and see the car isn't right. If you looked or touched the bumper you could see it was not aligned or connected correctly. I am not posting this on carwise. I would like you all to use this to help. I am not looking to give the shop a bad name.

The first time I picked up my car it was not done right, when I came back for it again it still was not right and after the 3rd time it looks pretty good but it does not match the other side.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Gainesville Va. The receptionist Ashley was very helpful, friendly, and pleasant throughout the process. My car was repaired overnight, which was much faster than I expected. The scratches were completely gone, and the quality of the repair was excellent. They also provided clear post-service care instructions and a lifetime warranty on the repair, which gave me additional confidence in their work.
