I appreciated the texts message updates every few days. It helped to know the timeline of repairs and when to expect the return of my vehicle. I was thankful for texts rather than phone calls, as I cannot answer phone calls during the day at work. Everyone I spoke with in person was extremely knowledgeable with the process and helpful.
